What Our Residents & Buyers Say
Narek Avetisyan
Homebuyer
The Ararat views and landscaped grounds made Noor Club House the clear choice for our family. The sales team guided us from first viewing to purchase with clarity and care.
Maria Khachatryan
Property Investor
As an investor, I valued the parking, nine residential floors, and location. Noor Club House feels like a long-term asset in Armenia’s residential market.
